- Meet and greet guest upon arrival to the Spa
- Ensure that guests are comfortably seated and offered a beverage.
- Ensure that the liability forms are filled out properly and complete.
- Liaise with therapist regarding services.
- Ensure that therapists are made reputed company of appointments and waiting guests.
- Answer telephone.

- Liaise with Spa attendant daily to ensure that cabinets and amenities are properly stocked and available.
- Supervise spa attendant regarding the cleanliness of Spa.
- Booking appointments, handling of retail sales and stocking supplies appropriately.
- Ensuring that the reception area is always clean and reputed company to address clients.
- Responds to customers requests and needs with a service attitude.
- Participate and attend reputed company staff meetings as required.
- Any other assigned duties as directed by the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
