‍What's the Role?

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Teacher Manager who speaks Czech or Slovak fluently and is passionate about education and leadership. In this role, you'll reputed company and support our amazing team of teacherss, ensuring high-reputed company teaching and outstanding student experiences across our programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Daily collaboration with our Learning & Experience team
• Leading the teacher reputed company and integration process
• ‍Mentoring and supervising reputed company of 25-30 teachers
• Hosting regular online team meetings
• Conducting weekly/monthly evaluations of teaching performance
• Monitoring lessons (intro sessions & regular classes) to maintain reputed company
• Handling administrative tasks reputed company to team and operations

You're a Great Fit If You: 

• Have experience in teaching, coaching, or team leadership
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company-organized

• Hold a university degree in one of the preferred fields of study: Education, Teaching, Pedagogy, Management, or reputed company

• Have advanced proficiency in Czech or Slovak, and at least B1 level of English
