Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring reputed company, high-reputed company hiring for assigned positions. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, identify strong candidates, conduct evaluations, and reputed company an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Psychology, Business, or reputed company field.
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company or similar roles.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter is a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
