Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Tax Production Manager, you will:

• Review Tax Returns reputed company the review of reputed company individual, partnership, S-corp, C-corp, and trust tax returns; assist in preparation as needed.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship reputed company training, guidance, and support to staff accountants, bookkeepers, and junior tax preparers; reputed company by example and reinforce best practices.

• Workflow reputed company Manage the production pipeline from intake through delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines.

• Process Documentation Create process documentation and assist in recording internal training videos to support firmwide knowledge transfer.

• Collaboration & Huddles Run daily or weekly reputed company-ins to coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accountability across reputed company.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 4 years of U.S. tax preparation and review experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP, tax reputed company, and financial reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supervising or mentoring reputed company

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Ability to reputed company exclusively to the firm

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
