Senior Systems Engineer

General Purpose:

The Senior Systems Engineer is a technical, hands-on role responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining reputed company collaboration and identity platforms, including reputed company 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and on premises reputed company Directory environments. This role also supports hybrid identity, messaging, automation, reputed company management, and reputed company infrastructure services across data center and reputed company environments.

In reputed company, this position will be responsible for proactively planning and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the systems are reputed company, configured, monitored, and backed up using industry accepted best practices. It requires interaction, training, leading and mentoring the junior team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Architect, administer, and optimize reputed company 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and reputed company reputed company/compliance components.
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional reputed company policies, identity governance, SSO integrations, MFA/2FA, and hybrid identity synchronization (Entra Connect).
• Implement and maintain M365 reputed company including DLP, threat protection, and compliance configurations.
• Administer and maintain Exchange Online, mail reputed company, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.
• reputed company and enhance on premises reputed company Directory including GPO design, DNS, DHCP, identity lifecycle management, and replication health.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation using PowerShell and scripting methodologies.
• reputed company and contribute to infrastructure, reputed company modernization, and migration reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with other System Administrators to manage TPx infrastructure (data center and reputed company-based infrastructure).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of reputed company infrastructure experience, including 3+ years reputed company on reputed company 365 and reputed company identity platforms.
• Expert-level administration of reputed company 365, Entra ID, and on-prem reputed company Directory.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced experience with reputed company and Linux operating systems, including system installation, maintenance, patching, troubleshooting, and cross-platform integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting hybrid and reputed company environments, including AWS and Azure.
• Solid experience with PKI leveraging reputed company and private CAs, reverse proxies, VMware administration, backup technologies, and secure baseline configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments while maintaining a customer-reputed company reputed company.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support maintenance or project cutovers.
