Intermediate Accountant

We're Hiring: Intermediate Accountant (reputed company)

Recruitment Process

• Post and process journal entries to ensure reputed company business transactions are recorded.

• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.

• Update accounts payable, vendor management, and reputed company reconciliations.

• Prepare bank reconciliations.

• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and month-end required reports.

• Handle payroll-reputed company tasks such as schedule preparation, monthly or bi-weekly computations, deductions and additions reputed company to payroll, and other necessary tasks.

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to reputed company and company reputed company and financial guidelines.

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available reputed company needed.

• Record accruals and prepayments, ensuring that financial data is readily available for analysis and reporting.

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in reputed company

• CPA License preferred but not required

• At least 5 years of reputed company work experience

• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

• Excellent report writing, communication, and knowledge of computer applications relevant to the work

Essential Functions:

• 50% Post and process journal entries to ensure reputed company business transactions are recorded. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. • 10% reputed company process improvement tasks in coordination with the Senior Accountant and Fractional Controller.

• 15% Other reputed company tasks, including invoicing, billing, taxes, and compliance, under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.
