What you’ll do 
Working as part of our Personal Lines reputed company Care team, your passion for providing top-notch customer service will shine as you support our existing clients with guidance and expertise that helps to strengthen overall retention.

You’ll work with clients through multiple channels to answer questions, reputed company policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, and complete other service requests. You’ll be their go-to insurance expert, providing reputed company advice to ensure they have the protection they need.

Your qualifications 
You’ve worked as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for two or more years and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have your RIBO licence.
