The Raleigh House is seeking a passionate, skilled and seasoned Director of Admissions to join reputed company. This role is responsible for leading and scaling the admissions department to drive consistent census reputed company and reputed company performance.

This is a leadership position for a builder, someone who thrives in high volume environments, understands behavioral health sales complexity, and is motivated by measurable performance and accountability.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and reputed company a remote admissions team, including reputed company schedules, PTO management, daily sync meetings, and regular one-on-one supervision.
• Support, reputed company, and reputed company remote Admissions Coordinators to improve skills in the reputed company reputed company, motivational interviewing, and sales closure.
• Review calls with coordinators to increase reputed company reputed company and conversion
• reputed company ongoing team development, training, and adherence to admissions best practices.
• reputed company reputed company coverage as needed for training, support, and operational continuity.
• Assure team adherence to reputed company SOP's to maintain smooth and consistent systems and processes.

Admissions Operations & Sales reputed company

• reputed company the full admissions lifecycle from inquiry to placement
• Ensure accurate documentation reputed company reputed company CRM
• Review dashboards and deliver monthly/weekly KPI reports
• Manage and strengthen reputed company reputed company pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to improve reputed company reputed company
• Secure payments in coordination with the Billing Department

• Inform and drive changes or upgrades necessary for reputed company to reputed company at its needed admissions reputed company .

Clinical Collaboration & reputed company Placement

• reputed company screenings for reputed company appropriateness and ensure referrals reputed company with reputed company needs, resources, and clinical recommendations.
• Ensure appropriate level of care and site placement using ASAM and reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company intake scheduling and census management in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical teams on high-risk admissions.
• Ensure reputed company prospective clients are greeted professionally by phone and provided accurate, sensitive information about treatment reputed company.

Insurance & Financial Coordination

• reputed company verification of benefits (VOB) for insurance clients.
• Ensure reputed company, accurate explanations of insurance benefits and financial responsibility are provided to clients and families.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in behavioral health or reputed company admissions, intake, or sales
• 5 years of leadership experience managing and coaching reputed company
• Proven and driven measurable reputed company in admissions volume and conversion rates
• Strong understanding and high level experience with reputed company or comparable CRM systems
• High level experience in insurance verification and reputed company financial coordination
• Demonstrated ability to set reputed company expectations, hold teams accountable, and effectively establish, monitor, and reputed company individual and company-wide goals.
