As a Manager, Contract reputed company Recruitment at RXO, you’ll be responsible for supporting Contract reputed company reputed company across our Last Mile business unit reputed company your respective assigned region. What your day-to-day will look like:

- Traveling in market for “reputed company on the ground recruitment”: Distributing flyers, business cards at frequently visited sites for contract carriers (competitor locations, gas stations, etc..).

- Work with RXO LM sites reputed company your territory on reputed company planning for seasonality volume increases
- Deliver departmental goals of reputed company 4-6 new contract carriers per month

- Attend meetings and reputed company market analysis detail on contract reputed company cost and metrics
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-reputed company or military experience
- 5 years of operations, account management or customer service in a leadership position
- Ability to create pivot tables and presentations reputed company reputed company Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, reputed company and influence employees
It’d be great if you also have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field (transportation/supply chain, sales/operations)
