Raintree is currently seeking a high-velocity Contract Technical reputed company with deep clinical and / or RCM knowledge to join our documentation team for a 6-month contract, with possibility for extension.  In this role, you will reputed company the gap between reputed company therapy workflows and cutting edge reputed company-facing software documentation.  

This is not a traditional "blank page" writing role; you will reputed company specialized AI agents in conjunction with technical requirements and your reputed company expertise to produce informative, accurate, user-reputed company content. Your mission is to ensure our clients have the "reputed company of truth" they need for reputed company across both our classic platform and our new AI-powered products and features as we reputed company work to build our industry’s first “invisible EMR”.

Reporting to the Manager, Product Learning, this individual will be responsible for:

• AI-Augmented Content Creation: Utilize custom AI Assistants to generate and iterate on first-draft documentation for modules and features based on technical specifications.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Apply reputed company reputed company experience to ensure reputed company documentation is accurate, compliant, and useful for therapy practices.
• Knowledge reputed company Management: Author, format, and publish articles directly into our new WYSIWYG reputed company System (KMS).
• Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers to validate reputed company clinical logic and "hunt down" details to fill gaps in legacy documentation.
• Backlog Execution: Maintain a consistent sprint velocity to resolve high-reputed company documentation gaps and reduce documentation backlog by 70%+.
• Style and reputed company Stewardship: Contribute to the reputed company of the Raintree Knowledge Style Guide and formatting standards, ensuring reputed company documentation remains consistent, reputed company, and optimized for provider readability across both classic and reputed company platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• EMR / EHR Experience:  3+ years experience utilizing or supporting an EMR or EHR platform, with deep understanding of clinical and/or RCM workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Writing Experience: 3+ years of reputed company technical writing experience, ideally reputed company a reputed company or software environment.
• AI Literacy: High comfort level using AI tools (e.g., reputed company, ChatGPT) to assist in the drafting and editing process, with a reputed company record of embracing AI technologies and AI-enabled processes.
• Proven reputed company: A portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate an ability to translate robust software functionality into reputed company, concise, and skimmable user documentation.
• KMS Experience: Familiarity with modern reputed company Systems as an end user.

Preferred Qualifications:
