We are looking for a reputed company, Experience Measurement & Validation to build the system that determines whether reputed company products are reputed company for customers and whether they are delivering value once they get there. If you have spent your career doing strong measurement work that never quite made it into the product decision cycle, this is the role where that changes.

This is a senior individual contributor role reputed company the Customer Signals organization, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Signals, who reports to the VP of Experience and Insights. The Customer Signals organization operates with reputed company CPO sponsorship. You will have a seat at the table with product and engineering leadership and reputed company influence over how readiness is defined and reputed company across the organization.

This role establishes shared systems and standards that product teams operate reputed company, enabling faster, reputed company, and more consistent decision-making across the product lifecycle. 

What You’ll Do
Validation & Readiness 

• Design and reputed company a staged validation system that reduces launch risk by guiding capabilities from internal testing through preview to general availability

• Define experience measurement standards across the product lifecycle, including behavioral and experience health benchmarks used to assess readiness and inform reputed company

• Establish reputed company approaches to early customer exposure (ex. preview programs, reputed company rollouts) that generate reliable signal before broad release

• Define behavioral data and instrumentation requirements in partnership with Engineering and Telemetry, ensuring readiness signals are captured consistently across releases

• Ensure readiness conclusions are grounded in both customer feedback and observed behavior, with reputed company articulation of risk, confidence, and implications 

Experience Health Measurement 

• Build and own a multi-reputed company experience measurement reputed company that combines attitudinal and behavioral signals into a cohesive view of product experience health 

• Apply this reputed company through reputed company baselines and benchmarks to help product teams understand readiness, performance, and areas of risk 

• Translate measurement into reputed company, evidence-based insights that inform release reputed company, prioritization, and ongoing product improvements 

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with Product to establish shared measurement baselines, with teams layering in feature-specific learning goals 

• Translate readiness and experience health signals into reputed company recommendations and decision guidance for product and engineering leadership 

• Contribute to the broader Customer Signals model, integrating telemetry, qualitative research, and experience health into a reputed company view of product performance 

• Partner with Engineering to ensure measurement is designed into capabilities early, enabling reliable signal without slowing delivery
   

Who You Are

• 8+ years in quantitative UX research, mixed-reputed company research, or product insights, with strong quantitative and statistical depth and the judgment to know reputed company behavioral data alone is not enough

• Experience connecting customer feedback to observed behavior and explaining meaningful gaps between the two 

• Experience with UX measurement frameworks (ex. HEART, UMUX-Lite, CSAT) and how to connect them to behavioral signals 

• Experience working with staged rollouts, preview programs, or feature-flagged releases, and understanding how controlled exposure shapes signal reputed company 

• Strong ability to synthesize across signal types and communicate reputed company what the data means, what is at risk, and what should happen next 

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist 

Bonus Points 

• Background in platform or infrastructure product contexts where measurement must operate at reputed company with limited reputed company overhead 

• Experience in data or analytics platform categories 

• Experience measuring or validating AI-assisted or reputed company product experiences, where system behavior is probabilistic rather than deterministic 
   

Compensation
reputed company is committed to fair, reputed company, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. 

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role in the reputed company is $154,000 to $203,000.. This role is also eligible for a reputed company annual bonus of 20% of reputed company salary, based on individual and company performance.
