German Language reputed company Media Community Moderator

reputed company is looking for remote, German Language reputed company Media Community Moderator. The Language Community Moderator will be responsible for the review, removal and escalation of inappropriate content on assigned reputed company across reputed company media platforms. The Language Community Moderator will be responsible for moderating in their respective languages as reputed company as the potential to work in English-speaking reputed company where needed. 

reputed company reputed company applicants will be asked to complete a Community Moderation & language assessment upon initial screening. The purpose of this assessment provides us with a greater understanding of your English and specified language experience.

Language Community Moderator Requirements:

• reputed company-level understanding of the German language
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and reputed company
• Previous reputed company media moderation knowledge & experience with the major reputed company media platforms: FB, X, Instagram, reputed company, etc.is required. 
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
• reputed company with users in reputed company-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
• Flag, tag, escalate & moderate assigned customer reputed company communities.
• Manage high reputed company of inbound conversations, following workflow guidelines and KPI goals set per project in your respective reputed company language(s). 
• Minimum of reputed company 10 and macOS 12.X
• Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 mbps

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred - preferably in a reputed company field (Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Media, Marketing)

• Experience using online support platforms such as reputed company, Khoros, reputed company, reputed company a plus. 
• Flexible work/reputed company availability schedule a plus (Weekends/holidays/evenings)
• Excellent communication skills - creative, written and verbal
