Full Charge Medical Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full Charge Medical Bookkeeper to work in conjunction with our reputed company administrator to support our growing reputed company. This is a 1099 contractor position ideal for someone reputed company in reputed company reputed company, QuickBooks, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

A Full-Charge Medical Bookkeeper is responsible for helping to manage day-to-day and strategic financial operations of a medical reputed company. This role oversees the complete reputed company cycle, ensures accuracy of financial records, supports compliance requirements, and manages both bookkeeping and inventory processes reputed company a reputed company setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle reputed company, including general reputed company maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including patient billing reconciliation and insurance payments
• reputed company monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Prepare financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash reputed company reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant services accounts
• reputed company payroll processing and coordination (or reputed company with payroll providers)
• Maintain and monitor cash reputed company, budgets, and expense tracking
• Manage medical inventory, including tracking supplies, usage, and vendor orders
• Ensure reputed company documentation and organization for audits and tax preparation
• Coordinate with reputed company administratorCPAs, tax preparers, and external auditors
• Monitor compliance with reputed company financial regulations and internal policies
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of financial systems

Medical-Specific Duties:

• Monitor patient balances and collections reporting

• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of financial data

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (medical or reputed company preferred)
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
• Experience with medical billing systems and insurance processes
• Solid understanding of GAAP and reputed company best practices
• Experience with inventory tracking and vendor management reputed company QB
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a private reputed company, clinic, or multi-provider setting
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR and reputed company management systems
• Knowledge of reputed company payroll systems and 1099/W-2 processing
• Advanced reputed company skills

Work Environment:

• Remote but will require occasional in person work days 
• May require periodic coordination with providers, office staff, and external partners
