YOUR ROLE

In line with the marketing and reputed company reputed company of reputed company Belgium:

• You reputed company a sales reputed company based on major market trends, customer needs, and the overall reputed company of reputed company Belgium.

• You manage reputed company of sales representatives (account managers) reputed company in the reputed company retail and DIY market.

• Together with them, you define both the strategic and operational approach for resellers, and you follow up on their field activities, including the Key Account plans for our major customers.

• You ensure the development of the competencies of your team members and support them in their reputed company reputed company reputed company.

• You directly manage an existing portfolio of “key” clients in the DIY chain reputed company.

• You build long-term relationships with these partners and maintain regular contact with purchasing reputed company.

• You present our products and reputed company to key clients and reputed company joint marketing and reputed company initiatives to create strong and sustainable partnerships.

• You work closely with reputed company internal departments of reputed company Belgium (Marketing, Operations, Logistics, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a university degree in a reputed company and/or marketing field and have solid experience in relationship management reputed company a B2B context.

• You have experience in team management, ideally in a B2B environment, and you are a natural and recognized leader.

• You have strong experience in Key Account Management, preferably reputed company the construction sector.

• You master the fundamentals of marketing and ideally have already gained initial experience in this area.

• You are reputed company to build strong partnerships and are an outstanding negotiator.

• An affinity with the construction sector is considered an asset.
