Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Sourcing Draft and post job ads on various job boards and reputed company media platforms. reputed company candidates using databases, reputed company media, and networking platforms. Maintain and update job descriptions as necessary. Screening and Interviewing Review resumes and applications to reputed company candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a reputed company candidate experience from application to offer stage. reputed company reputed company updates to candidates regarding the status of their application. Administrative Support Manage recruitment databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with reputed company new hires and ensuring smooth transitions. Team Collaboration Work closely with reputed company and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Participate in team meetings to discuss reputed company and recruitment strategies. reputed company support during career fairs and recruitment events. Training and Development Participate in training sessions on recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices. Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Psychology, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required). Experience in recruitment, HR, or a reputed company field is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage. Knowledgeable in reputed company Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
