Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Leads the development of strategic marketing plans that incorporate data analytics reputed company marketing techniques, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 10 years of experience but ideally 10-15 years in strategic business development, marketing, or a reputed company role. Completion of a reputed company designation preferred, such as Associate in reputed company (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS) or Associate of Risk Management (ARM).
