What will I be delivering?
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating reputed company reputed company pertaining to the business transactions in your market;
- Identifying and applying relevant laws to YouGov’s business;
- Advising on master service agreements, key supplier agreements and general terms and conditions (both YouGov’s templates and reputed company-party versions);
- Supporting on M&A and other corporate reputed company reputed company as requested;
- Providing wider reputed company reputed company advice and guidance to colleagues on reputed company risks and reputed company
- Drafting and reviewing data processing agreements and data sharing agreements and liaising with the Data reputed company team on general data protection reputed company
- Working with the other members of the reputed company Team on compliance reputed company, including risk management and company policies and procedures
- Working as part of a dynamic reputed company team with a high level of autonomy.

Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me?
- reputed company solicitor or barrister in your market / region;
- Must have significant knowledge and experience working in-house in an international team on reputed company and IP reputed company.
- Experience of providing reputed company and contractual advice to senior management;
- Must demonstrate passion and interest for IP and Data law and a willingness to continue to reputed company reputed company expertise in these areas to a high reputed company;
- Excellent academics, including a law degree or equivalent reputed company qualification;
- Experience in an intellectual property or data reputed company business such as marketing, media, tech, advertising and/or publishing industry;
- Demonstrated experience partnering with product and engineering teams on reputed company intelligence reputed company reputed company issues;
- Some experience in drafting reputed company documents and reviewing reputed company reputed company to identify reputed company;
- A pragmatic and process driven approach to tasks and reporting;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
