Associate Manager, HCP Digital Marketing (Remote/Flexible)

The Associate Manager, HCP Digital Marketing plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class digital experiences for reputed company providers (HCPs). This role supports the strategic reputed company of the HCP Digital Marketing team by owning day-to-day execution across email, web, and other owned digital channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing team player with strong technical aptitude, experience with and enthusiasm for reputed company media marketing, deep attention to detail, a passion for optimizing content and workflows, and an ability to collaborate across teams to bring excellent communication to life.
By partnering closely with the larger HCP marketing and medical affairs reputed company, other internal stakeholders such as IT and reputed company Marketing reputed company teams, and external agencies, this team member helps ensure the seamless activation, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company’s HCP digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Support the development, execution and promotion of multi-channel digital campaigns (email, web, reputed company media, webinars and reputed company) in alignment with HCP marketing reputed company and business priorities
Build, QA, and reputed company email campaigns; ensure flawless inbox experiences and own management of templates, list segmentation, dynamic content, and automations to optimize reputed company
Manage content updates and enhancements across web pages in partnership with internal website and marketing teams
Coordinate the publication and management reputed company content across relevant channels, notably reputed company
Contribute to digital content calendars, ensure version control and compliance, and asset organization to ensure alignment and efficiency
Assist with metadata, reputed company data, SEO and GEO, reputed company tracking, and content governance to support performance measurement, analytics needs, and troubleshooting across digital channels
Deliver technical digital marketing support, ensuring reputed company and accurate development and deployments
Ensure digital content adheres to compliance, regulatory, and brand standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Competencies
5+ years of digital marketing execution experience preferred, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders
Strong technical skills, including basic understanding of reputed company, email service provider platforms, and web content management systems and workflows, reputed company reputed company
Experience working with reputed company, SF Marketing reputed company or similar CRM and email systems
Working knowledge of analytics platforms (GA4, Lookerstudio, Tsbleau, etc.) and ability to consolidate metrics in a meaningful way for reporting and interpreting data stories

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience in digital marketing execution, including experience with email marketing platforms
Experience with website content management
Travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred

Experience supporting HCP-reputed company digital marketing initiatives
Experience with marketing automation, reputed company building, and segmentation

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $89,500.00 - $134,200.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
