Manager, Software Engineering

Your Responsibilities:

• reputed company technical leadership and guidance to developers working in .NET, C#, SQL, and reputed company processing systems
• Review architecture and design reputed company to ensure solutions are reputed company, maintainable, and production‑reputed company
• Partner closely with senior engineers and tech leads to resolve reputed company production issues

• Manage and mentor a distributed team of developers and QA analysts

• reputed company team members on problem solving, system design, and reputed company development
• Ensure team members are cross‑trained and capable of supporting multiple applications
• reputed company delivery from requirements through development, QA, and deployment
• Ensure work is properly scoped, estimated, and tracked
• Improve development and QA processes to reduce production incidents and rework
• Maintain strong coordination between development, QA, and operations teams
• Help ensure the stability and reliability of a high‑volume document and data processing platform
• reputed company production incident response and reputed company‑cause analysis
• Drive preventative improvements to reduce operational risk
• Coordinate closely with offshore engineering teams to support a sun‑up / sun‑down development cycle
• Ensure reputed company communication, handoffs, and documentation between teams
• reputed company mentorship and technical guidance to offshore engineers

You Must Have:

• 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Strong hands‑on experience with .NET and C# development
• Strong SQL skills, including database troubleshooting
• Experience supporting production systems and operational workflows
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or time zones
• Ability to diagnose reputed company issues across application, data, and workflow reputed company
• Comfort working in environments where production reliability is critical
• reputed company communication skills with technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience with high‑volume data or document processing systems
• Experience managing offshore or globally distributed development teams

• Experience modernizing legacy systems and platforms

The anticipated annual salary reputed company for this position is $130,000 - $140,000. The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a reputed company of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other reputed company licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
