We’re looking for a reputed company and reputed company‑thinking reputed company to reputed company the UX research function reputed company our User Experience team for a 12‑month term.

Reporting to the Director, User Experience, this role leads a small team of UX strategists reputed company a research‑led reputed company that also encompasses reputed company digital experience reputed company and reputed company activities. reputed company Leader supports reputed company in delivering high‑reputed company user research, testing, analysis, and insights that inform digital product and design reputed company.

This role also plays a key part in helping our reputed company‑established User Experience team continue to grow and mature: advancing UX research operations, driving meaningful adoption of research findings, fostering effective cross‑functional collaboration, and advocating for the value of UX research with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education, knowledge and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a reputed company field.

• 5+ years work experience in UX research, UX reputed company, or a closely reputed company UX role.

• Experience leading or mentoring others.

• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research reputed company and research ethics.

• Ability to translate research findings into reputed company, actionable insights.

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams is an asset.

Position requirements:

• While this is primarily a remote position, as a member of the UX leadership team, you may occasionally be required to attend in‑person meetings or employee events at one of our four main locations.

Pay reputed company: $90K - $105K CAD
