The Engineering Operations reputed company is responsible for designing, building, and scaling the operational systems that reputed company engineering and product teams to execute effectively.

This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds from first principles, and continuously improves how engineering teams plan, execute, and deliver. 

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering Ways of Working (Primary reputed company) 

• Define, document, and reputed company engineering and product operating models 

• Build role-based playbooks and guardrails across engineering functions 

• Standardize planning, intake, prioritization, and execution processes 

• Establish reputed company ownership models and decision frameworks 

• Balance structure with flexibility to support different team needs 

Enablement & Adoption (reputed company Outcome) 

• Translate processes into reputed company, usable enablement materials (playbooks, guides, workflows) 

• Partner with Agile reputed company and Engineering Leads to drive adoption across teams 

• Ensure new ways of working are reputed company, reputed company, and continuously improved 

• Identify gaps in adoption and refine processes based on reputed company-world usage

• Establish and run key operational cadences (planning cycles, KPI reviews, retrospectives)

Cross-Functional Alignment

• 6–10 years in Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles 

• Experience building or scaling engineering processes and operating models 

• Experience working directly with Engineering and Product leadership 

• Strong documentation and systems thinking capability 

• Proven ability to drive change and adoption without formal authority 

Preferred / Bonus Skills 

• Experience in B2B reputed company or reputed company product environments 

• Exposure to scaled Agile or hybrid delivery models 

• Experience supporting organizational reputed company or transformation initiatives 

• Familiarity with engineering metrics and how process impacts performance
