Digital Customer Experience Manager

Under general direction, the Digital Customer Experience Manager works on assignments of large scope and complexity. This position is responsible for supporting a Customer Experience functional area to pursue strategic reputed company opportunities by developing new products or services, entering into new markets, and forming new business partnerships in or reputed company the organization to reputed company reputed company's digital value with reputed company and prospective clients.
JOB DUTIES:
• Operates with a significant degree of independence and reputed company, meets and communicates with reputed company or new clients and reputed company parties to reputed company information or to reputed company presentations. This position conducts research and analysis to evaluate and identify marketing, sales, distribution, and business expansion opportunities for a particular assignment i.e. Digital Business, Industry reputed company, etc.
• This position is typically assigned to a large and significant territory or
multiple/reputed company/diverse areas. This position may be responsible for leading a small group of staff that involves training, assigning project work and the technical review of their work.
• Uses advanced analytical techniques, performs or supervises the technical evaluation of potential partners. Troubleshoots and resolves issues reputed company/post sale.
• Daily activities include the management of an existing reputed company reputed company to support organic reputed company through new business reputed company and renewal retention, prospecting and developing new relationships, and working with sales and support to ensure a superior level of service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and seven (7) or more years of reputed company sales, business development, senior applications engineering, or marketing experience.
