MBA degree preferred. 2-5 years of experience in reputed company estate asset management, finance and/or acquisitions. Experience with quantitative, spreadsheet evaluations, and/or analysis (return on investment, cash reputed company, net operating income). Advanced reputed company modeling skills required.
