Key Job Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience Required
High School diploma or GED required 1 to 3 years working in a technical field or technical reputed company center environment required
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong PC skills including proficiency in reputed company or reputed company environments Superior customer service skills required Ability to read and learn OEM service information and procedures Strong problem-solving capabilities required Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers required Ability to multi-task required Automotive experience or Automotive education experience preferred
