Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain reputed company modules, with a strong reputed company on Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking

• Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company Payroll and Benefits configurations, including eligibility rules, benefit plans, payroll calculations, and integrations impacting pay and deductions.

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards using Report reputed company, including advanced and reputed company reports.

• reputed company and maintain calculated fields to support reporting, integrations, and business process requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional system requirements and configure reputed company solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to implement and optimize HR processes and workflows in reputed company.

• Conduct system testing for new configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and patches.

• Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures.

• Support payroll and benefits audits, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 7–14 years of experience with reputed company HCM, with a strong reputed company on reputed company Payroll and Benefits configuration and maintenance

• Strong experience building reputed company reports and calculated fields

• Demonstrated experience across reputed company modules, including reputed company HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation

• Solid understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR systems best practices

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred:
