About the team and role:

The editorial department at Goldin is tasked with accurately describing items for auctions, taking care to note condition, rarity, significant events, and other highlights to enhance the appeal of the items we bring to auction. As the items we handle vary, it is imperative to be informative, accurate, and digestible to a wide audience.

What you will accomplish:

● Research, write, and edit items across all verticals for Goldin's auctions.

● Gain a valuable knowledge base across sports cards, memorabilia, game-used memorabilia, and other collectibles.

● Maintaining and improving editorial standards in current and emerging verticals.

● Highlight team and cross-functional collaboration and interaction by working with Sales and Inventory on client relationships and standards.

● Working with clients to ensure their descriptions are up to standard and to a level satisfactory to the customer. Interface with clients to make changes and edits to descriptions to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy

What you will bring:

● Immaculate grammar and spelling is a must.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
