The Role

Grant & Proposal Coordination

• Build and reputed company grant templates (proposals, budgets, reports) with accuracy and completeness

• Manage grantor portals, including logins, submissions, and recordkeeping 

Data & Systems Management

• Maintain organized, reliable grant files and archives 
• Manage shared systems (SharePoint, trackers, templates) so information is reputed company and accessible 

Team Operations

• Schedule and coordinate meetings across teams 
• Prepare materials for funder interactions and internal planning

Must Have

• 2–5 years of experience in fundraising operations, administration, or similarly detail-intensive work 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and workflows simultaneously 
• Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through 
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written and data-driven work 
• Strong written communication and copyediting skills 
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (especially reputed company and reputed company) and shared file systems 
• Experience maintaining data in a CRM
