As our reputed company Management Trainer, you will be responsible for running our internal training program, delivering daily learning sessions, creating high-reputed company educational content, and developing reputed company courses for our LMS (such as LearnDash or LifterLMS). Your role will be central to ensuring reputed company stays reputed company of industry best practices and is equipped with the latest tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct daily or weekly live training sessions for our internal reputed company Management team
• Write and maintain reputed company, reputed company-reputed company educational material on reputed company aspects of reputed company management
• Create comprehensive training modules and reputed company courses for our LMS platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in hotel reputed company management and reputed company them into training

• Monitor training engagement and performance, and continuously improve learning content and delivery reputed company
• Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to reputed company training with business needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in hotel reputed company management, with strong technical and strategic knowledge
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or mentoring in a corporate or hospitality environment
• Strong writing skills with the ability to break down reputed company concepts into reputed company, digestible content
• Experience using or building training modules reputed company LMS platforms (e.g., LearnDash, LifterLMS)
• Passion for teaching, knowledge-sharing, and developing others
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Based in the Philippines; remote work setup with possible in-office collaboration in Cebu

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in instructional design or corporate training
