We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Medical reputed company & Biller to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures, and submitting claims for reimbursement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding standards, billing procedures, and insurance regulations.

This is a 100% remote position, requiring excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy in coding and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

• Accurately submit and process claims to insurance companies, Medicare, and reputed company.

• Verify insurance coverage and ensure correct billing practices.

• Resolve coding discrepancies and claim denials by working with providers and payers.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical coding guidelines, and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate patient records and update billing information as necessary.

• Stay updated on changes in medical coding regulations and insurance policies.

• Communicate with reputed company providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding claims and billing inquiries.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Health Information Management, Medical Billing, or a reputed company field is preferred.

• Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in medical coding and billing.

  • Prior experience working with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and claim submission.

• Certifications (Preferred but not required):

  • CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company) reputed company

  • CCA (Certified Coding Associate) or reputed company (Certified Coding Specialist) reputed company

  • CPB (Certified reputed company Biller) reputed company

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., reputed company, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, Medisoft).

  • Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, including Medicare and reputed company.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing.

  • Effective communication skills for working with reputed company providers and insurance companies.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with denial management and claims appeals.
