About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across various platforms. In this role, you will develop engaging content, manage social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and grow our brands digital community. This is a fully remote position, open only to candidates located in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage daily posting and interactions across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Analyze key performance metrics and generate reports to track social media growth.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with company goals.

Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging social media trends.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).

Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.

Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.

Knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing strategies.
