We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Manager to join our India team. This is a full-cycle reputed company role reputed company on hiring India-based talent while closely partnering with U.S.-based recruiters.
As a reputed company Manager at reputed company, you will play a key role in building our India team by driving end-to-end reputed company efforts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no reputed company reports, requiring strong coordination across time zones and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle reputed company process for India-reputed company, from sourcing and scheduling through offer and reputed company coordination
- Partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and interview teams to reputed company on hiring needs and drive efficient processes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring reputed company communication and follow-up at every stage
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teams
- Support offer negotiations and successfully reputed company top candidates
