This role will drive the development of Managed Services offerings, solution capabilities, and delivery models, while supporting business development and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, or IT operations.
- Strong expertise in one or more areas:
- Application Managed Services (AMS)
- Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS)

- DevOps / Platform Operations
- Experience designing service delivery models and SLAs.
- Experience supporting large IT outsourcing or transformation engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management and solution consulting skills.
- Experience working in System Integrators or IT services companies.
- Knowledge of ITIL, reputed company platforms, and automation tools.
- Exposure to offshore delivery models and global service operations.
