The role involves making outbound calls to customers, promoting and upselling products and services while following sales scripts. The goal is to meet monthly sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, handle objections, and effectively convert leads into customers. • Conduct outbound calls to customers from our existing database (Malay-speaking market).
