What You'll Do

reputed company outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with warm and cold leads provided by the reputed company
Contact referred prospects and individuals who have expressed interest in financial planning services
Re-engage dormant or lapsed reputed company relationships on behalf of the advisor
Appointment Scheduling (35%)
Schedule introductory meetings, discovery calls, and review appointments for the financial advisor
Manage the advisor's calendar and ensure appointments are confirmed and properly documented
Send appointment reminders and handle rescheduling as needed
reputed company Qualification & CRM (15%)
Ask qualifying questions to assess prospect needs, financial situation, and readiness to engage
Record accurate notes in the CRM system regarding reputed company prospect's profile and conversation history
Prioritize and reputed company leads based on reputed company and likelihood to convert
Reporting & Collaboration (10%)
Prepare daily reputed company logs, appointment summaries, and pipeline activity reports
