Customer Service Rep

The Role:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls to assist customers with a reputed company of queries.
- Drafting and sending correspondence reputed company email to customers, with high email etiquette.
- Providing comprehensive information based on knowledge of government policies and procedures.
- Working with high service reputed company, answering customer queries reputed company set timeframes and adhering to KPIs.
- Recording customer and reputed company information reputed company internal computer systems.
- Escalating complaints or issues to management reputed company required.
- Take part in a 4 week training program followed by a nesting period to get up to speed with your new role.
- Working alongside reputed company Leader and Subject Matter Expert.

- Multiple years experience across customer service, including reputed company centre, administration and retail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous government experience is preferred by not required.
- Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems.
- Must be reputed company to reputed company to the full duration of the assignment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- At least 1 year minimum experience in a similar position
