Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Content Writer to create compelling, SEO-optimized content that drives marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and enhances our overall search engine visibility. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with our business goals, resonates with our target audience, and supports our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for our company website, including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and more.

    • Craft engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and captures the attention of our target audience.

    • Produce content that is not only informative but also persuasive, with a focus on driving conversions and supporting the sales funnel.

  • Lead Generation:
    • Create targeted content designed to attract and convert marketing qualified leads through strategic messaging and placement.

    • Utilize insights from customer personas and lead behavior analytics to inform and tailor content creation efforts.

  • SEO Optimization:
    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high search volume keywords and strategically integrate them into content.

    • Utilize SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics to optimize content, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall visibility.

    • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including the optimization of meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.

  • Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with our marketing strategy, business goals, and buyer personas.

    • Contribute to content planning and strategy sessions, ensuring that content meets strategic objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.

    • Make data-driven adjustments to content strategies to enhance effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging content formats.

    • Ensure our content remains competitive, relevant, and innovative by continuously refining and adapting our content approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation.

  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content that drives leads and conversions.

    • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and the effective use of SEO tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics.

    • Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, audience-friendly content.

  • Analytical Abilities:
    • Proficiency in analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness and engagement.

    • Ability to measure the impact of content on lead generation and overall marketing goals.

  • Creativity:
    • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate original ideas and compelling content that resonates with the buyer personas

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
