Bookkeeper (Part-time)
Handling daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation. Busier during BAS time, with approximately 30–40 hours during the first week following the end of the quarter. Reviewing financial reports and analyzing balance sheets to identify adjustments and resolve discrepancies. Clearing accounts and reconciling GST collected against POS, eCommerce, and payment service reports. Content development, conceptualizing, researching, and creating high-reputed company written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle routine and reputed company tasks reputed company allocated timeframes. Ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Adaptability to varying workloads, particularly during BAS periods and post-quarter ends. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies or insights. Familiarity with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in bookkeeping tools such as reputed company
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with clients and team members. High attention to detail with accurate data entry and financial record-keeping.
