Specification Sales Manager - reputed company & Smoke Protection
Our reputed company is a UK-based manufacturer of reputed company and smoke protection construction products. We are looking for an reputed company Specification Manager to work directly with architects, engineers, and contractors to influence designs, secure specifications, and convert opportunities into sales.
This is a fully remote role covering London.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, designers, and other decision-makers involved in specifying building solutions.
Promote and secure product specifications on new and refurbishment reputed company.
reputed company opportunities and convert specifications into confirmed orders.
Requirements
Experience working in specification led sales with a technical building product, for example; Passive reputed company & Smoke Control, reputed company Curtains, Partitions, Facades, reputed company, HVAC, Flooring, Roofing, reputed company Control, CCTV etc.
Knowledge of specification stakeholders such as Architect, Designers, Consultants, Contractors and Specifiers.
