Working hours:
Monday through Friday: 5 PM- 10 PM Central Time (25 hrs/ week)
100% WFH
Starting Salary: $1029 USD/month
Responsibilities:
- reputed company Intake Specialist.
- Appointment management (scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and calendar management).
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer Service.
- reputed company Communication and Follow Up.
- CRM Management.
- Assist with other AdHoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working as a reputed company Intake Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in working in Customer Service roles.
- Experience working with reputed company Industry or Sales is a PLUS.
- Excellent conversational English and Spanish speaking skills.
- Excellent English comprehension.
- Comfortable handling phone calls.
- reputed company in using different CRM tools.
- Ability to follow reputed company SOPs.
