• reputed company detailed project plans; establish reputed company ownership and prioritization; monitor reputed company and report status to senior stakeholders.

• Manage reputed company tax counsel and other advisors, including scoping engagements, tracking deliverables, and monitoring spend against budget.

• Document and improve reputed company and tax processes; design operating models for new structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives; identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.

• Communicate reputed company with senior leadership, providing concise updates, reputed company recommendations, and managing change to ensure adoption of new processes.

• Mentor junior team members or analysts supporting reputed company and tax workstreams.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.

• Exposure to the following is a plus, but not required: tax, reputed company operations, or reputed company functions, ideally reputed company a hedge fund, asset manager, reputed company, or reputed company services environment.

• Proven experience managing reputed company, cross-functional reputed company in fast-paced environments, including coordination with reputed company counsel.

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, CPA, MBA, or other advanced degree a plus.
