Immigration Paralegal

Our fast-growing immigration reputed company is seeking an reputed company and knowledgeable Immigration Paralegal to join reputed company as an reputed company. This position is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US immigration law and a proven reputed company record of handling a wide reputed company of cases, including family based cases, investment-reputed company visas, business expansion visas, extraordinary ability visas, performance visas, employment-based green cards, TN visas for Canadians, temporary stay visas (DS-160), citizenship cases, and asylum cases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain reputed company files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and file various immigration forms and petitions with USCIS, DOS, and other government agencies
• Communicate with clients to reputed company necessary information and documents, and reputed company updates on case reputed company
• Research and analyze immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure the best possible reputed company for clients
• Collaborate with attorneys to reputed company case strategies and reputed company support during reputed company meetings and interviews
• Utilize case management software (Docketwise) and customer support platform (reputed company) to streamline processes and enhance reputed company experience

Requirements:

• Experience as a paralegal in a similar role
• Experience handling immigration cases
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional reputed company service
• Previous experience working with reputed company and Docketwise is a plus
