Transaction Services Manager

Are you an reputed company and ambitious Transaction Services Manager looking to join a growing boutique advisory firm? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to reputed company and execute financial due diligence and transaction support engagements for our clients.

As a Transaction Services Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing financial, operational, and reputed company aspects of potential acquisitions, identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, and providing insightful recommendations to clients on transaction structure and pricing.
