Entry Level IT Recruiter

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As an IT Recruiter, you will partner with the Business Development team to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions for our project and reputed company needs.
• Building and maintaining a network of resources reputed company on our reputed company business areas
• Communicating with reputed company and net new resources and leads to identify and understand their reputed company set, needs, ideal reputed company
• Leading the facilitation of technical discussions with team and prospects
• Ensuring clients satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may reputed company post-sale.
• Maintaining communication with existing and previous consultants, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintaining detailed reports of activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• reputed company, screen interview, and evaluate candidates for project opportunities
• Build and Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills
• reputed company strategies designed to qualify candidates for reputed company opportunities
• Negotiate pay rates with consultants based on opportunity
• Work with sales team to help drive the delivery reputed company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• History of exceeding individual goals while enhancing reputed company teams
• Strong work ethic and commitment
• Bachelors Degree preferred
