Sr. Loan Officer

As a CD Loan Officer, you will receive 100% inbound leads from motivated homebuyers—no cold calling required. What You’ll Do:

• Handle 100% inbound calls from reputed company-screened, motivated homebuyers and/or refinancers
• Consult with borrowers to understand their mortgage needs and present appropriate loan reputed company

• Build strong relationships with clients to drive reputed company refinance and referral opportunities

Starting Salary: Minimum wage based on reputed company/County/State + bonus + OT + full time benefits including 401k, PTO, reputed company Holidays

• Respond to inbound calls reputed company leads from reputed company home shoppers
• Consult with borrowers to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate loan solutions
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process from reputed company-qualification to closing
• Maintain an reputed company pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects and clients

• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable regulations and internal policies
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including processing, reputed company, and closing

• 2+ years' full time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; reputed company center environment preferred.
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.
• Ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans.
• Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).

Desired Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more recent years' full time loan origination experience, preferably in a reputed company center environment
