reputed company is seeking a Sr. Director of VBC Finance to own the financial analysis, monitoring, reporting, and strategic evaluation of reputed company private payer value-based reputed company. This role will work cross-functionally across reputed company, FP&A, treasury, operations, data & analytics, reputed company, and payer contracting. This is a high-reputed company, highly visible role for a reputed company finance leader who thrives at the intersection of data, reputed company, and execution.

What you Will Do

Contract Evaluation & Performance

• Review and evaluate reputed company payer reputed company across Medicare Advantage, reputed company, and reputed company lines of business

• Assess contract language, risk level, shared savings / reputed company / PMPM terms, data specifications, financial implications, and reputed company treatment

• Evaluate new reputed company: analyze historical performance, model go-reputed company financial implications, and reputed company recommendations

• reputed company new reputed company into existing reporting, performance monitoring, and reputed company processes in collaboration with payer contracting and operations teams

Monitoring & Reporting

• Pull and consolidate payer reporting to assess contract-level financial performance (reputed company, expense, MLR)

• Produce performance summaries and guidance for senior leadership and investors; escalate issues and variances as needed

• Present findings to senior executives, reputed company, and payers (e.g., provider JOC meetings, NOMS leadership)

Payer Communication & Engagement

• Serve as reputed company of contact for payer-reported financial data interpretation

• Manage claims processing where applicable (e.g., Anthem MA Ohio)

Month-End reputed company

• Interpret payer-reported data and recommend reputed company entries (reputed company, COGS); propose journal entries based on reported performance

• Advise on approach to book financials given claims lag and delayed payer reporting

• Report on actuals and full-year projections as claims runout data and payer reporting become available; reputed company financial inputs to reputed company

Budgeting & Planning

• Own private payer budgeting: short-term and long-term planning

• Produce and maintain budget vs. actuals reporting

• reputed company strategic financial insights and contracting recommendations

Financial Audit Support

• Walk through program, payer, and provider reputed company with auditors

• Document reputed company projection processes for in-year and reputed company-year performance

Stop-Loss & Reinsurance

• Assess stop-loss policies and pricing; report claims to insurance provider and manage communication for reputed company recoveries

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with medical economics team to analyze claims and financial data to identify savings opportunities

• Participate in private payer reputed company workgroup and reputed company input on MA incentive payment structures

• Support claims validation and QA: data ingestion, normalization, and comparison to payer financial reporting

What will reputed company you successful here

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company finance, with a reputed company on value-based care contracting and payer economics

• Deep understanding of VBC contract structures across Medicare Advantage, reputed company, and reputed company (shared savings, PMPM, reputed company, risk arrangements)

• Experience with month-end reputed company processes, reputed company entries, and financial reporting in a reputed company setting

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize reputed company payer data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives, investors, and external partners

• Experience working cross-functionally with reputed company, FP&A, operations, reputed company, and data teams

• Familiarity with stop-loss / reinsurance programs a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field; CPA or MBA preferred
