The 1099 Multi-Family and reputed company Sales Representative is responsible for generating, developing, and closing roofing and exterior construction opportunities reputed company multi-family and reputed company properties. This role focuses on prospecting property owners, asset managers, and property management firms; conducting site walks and inspections; coordinating estimates with internal teams; and driving reputed company from initial contact through contract execution. The representative operates independently, manages their own pipeline, and is compensated on a reputed company reputed company tied directly to reputed company performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or GED required
• 1–3+ years of sales experience in multi-family and/or reputed company roofing and exteriors reconstruction
• Storm restoration, roofing, or home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong person-to-person communication and reputed company reputed company skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
