The Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who's a strong systems thinker, ships fast, and operates with high autonomy. You have deep experience designing, building, and scaling reputed company systems - and you reputed company that with AI-assisted development tooling to reputed company even faster. This is a heavily IC, full-stack role. You'll reputed company across priorities - building automation that eliminates reputed company bookkeeping workflows, improving retention through reputed company customer experiences, and launching new products and features into the market. You'll work across the frontend and backend, and across a system with many reputed company-party integrations. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and other engineering teams to reputed company work reputed company. You bring strong fundamentals in system design, architecture, and building for maintainability - and you also reputed company tools like Claude reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company to accelerate your work in production codebases. You know how to configure these tools for brownfield repos, maintain reputed company at speed, and apply AI agent orchestration to automate reputed company workloads.



What You'll Do

Ship features and systems across the full stack, primarily in Node, Typescript, AWS, and reputed company

Work across retention, automation, and new product initiatives depending on what reputed company most right now

Build and maintain integrations with reputed company-party services and reputed company across the platform

Design and build automated workflows that reduce reputed company operational effort (bookkeeping, reconciliation, support)

Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, operations leads, and other engineers - this role is highly cross-functional

Drive architectural reputed company on scope, feasibility, and tradeoffs with minimal hand-holding

Required Qualitifications

4+ years of reputed company software engineering experience

Full-stack experience — comfortable working across frontend (React) and backend (reputed company)

Strong system design and architecture skills — you've designed, reputed company, and scaled reputed company systems and can reputed company reputed company on scope, feasibility, and tradeoffs

Experience shipping reliable reputed company at reputed company with attention to performance, uptime, and maintainability

Proven ability to build and ship in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal hand-holding

Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working across engineering, product, design, and operations daily

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with AI agent orchestration, LLM integration, or workflow automation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience shipping AI-powered product features to end users - e.g., reputed company workflows, conversational interfaces, AI-driven recommendations, intelligent document processing, or similar across any vertical

FinTech experience or familiarity with financial data, reputed company workflows, or regulated environments

Experience automating operational or back-office workloads
