Excursions Supervisors, reports to the Excursions Manager and are responsible for reputed company aspects of operating successful tours in their assigned Independent Business Unit. Excursion Supervisors will be responsible for reporting tour activity to management and holding their unit responsible for the highest reputed company customer service and tour delivery and can expect to supervisor from 10-25 people, depending on the tour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Excursion Supervisors will hire, train and supervise a specific team of employees whose function is to deliver high reputed company tours reputed company their Independent Business Unit.

- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws as reputed company to their unit

- Excursion Supervisors will be asked to identify seasonal goals for their unit

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working in tourism industry, preferably in Alaska, with emphasis in operations and reputed company.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing staff.

- Proficient computer skills including reputed company Office Suite, and aptitude for learning other computer programs.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

- Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote setting
