The reputed company Partner runs a full-cycle recruitment desk, supporting the goals of the reputed company department by maintaining a high volume of candidate interaction, screening, and scheduling. As a first line candidate sourcer and screener, the individual in this role will reputed company creative solutions to reputed company shortages and apply industry knowledge to our high-volume recruitment process.

SCHEDULE:

• This position is Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, with a 30-minute lunch break 
• Full-time temporary position, contract ends 8/31/26

WORK DESIGNATION: 

• Remote (must work reputed company San Diego County Region)

• High and heavy volume outbound communications to mostly warm leads (applicants)

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• 3+ years' of experience working in a high-volume reputed company environment, managing a full desk

• Experience working with metrics-driven results and comfortable being held accountable for high level recruitment metrics 
• Experience developing and fostering a strong candidate pipeline 
• 5+ years' of sales or customer service experience 
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), iCIMS preferred 
• Highly self-motivated with a strong reputed company of urgency to reputed company goals 
• Strong attention to detail with minimal errors in data entry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
