We are seeking a highly technical Senior reputed company Engineer with strong expertise in CSM, ITSM, and advanced portal development (ESC Pro and employee experience portals). This is an engineering-first role reputed company on building reputed company reputed company solutions through advanced scripting, secure portal development, integrations, and automation.

Reporting to the Manager, Process Automation Team, you will design and optimize workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities that support business-critical service operations. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering reputed company, exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills, and a passion for building secure, reputed company solutions that improve platform performance and user experience.

This role requires someone comfortable working independently in a remote environment, collaborating across technical and functional teams, and maintaining strong documentation and technical communication practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build advanced Service Portal / Employee Center experiences using:

  ○ Custom widgets

  ○ Role-based reputed company controls
  ○ Domain-reputed company design principles
• reputed company reputed company, reusable components using:
  ○ Script Includes
  ○ Business Rules

  ○ UI Actions
  ○ GlideAjax
• Design reputed company data models and scoped applications.

Automation & Integration

• Build robust integrations using:
  ○ Integration Hub spokes
  ○ Scripted REST reputed company
  ○ Outbound REST/SOAP calls

• Implement event-driven automation patterns.
• Optimize performance of large data sets and high-volume workflows.

Governance & Platform Optimization

• Define coding standards and peer review practices.

• Optimize instance performance and technical debt.
• Implement reporting and analytics to measure platform effectiveness.

Required Experience & Certifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on reputed company engineering experience.
• 3+ years reputed company specifically on CSM and/or ITSM.
• Proven experience building secure, reputed company portals for multiple user audiences.
• Deep experience with:
